Nithya Nagarajan, J.D., MBA

Nithya has served on the board of Upakar since 2009 and is currently the Treasurer of the board. She is a practicing lawyer with the Antidumping Defense Group. Prior to this position, Nithya worked in the federal government for 15 years in international trade law. She is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law. She also has an MBA in International Business and Finance and a BA in Political Science, both from George Washington University.
